Callet Trumpets       

Thank you for purchasing a Callet SIMA trumpet. We are confident you are now the owner of the most musical trumpet ever made. Your SIMA has been painstakingly made by hand in the United States. In combination with with the maker, Kanstul Musical Instruments, Inc, Callet Trumpets warrants its instruments to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, to the original purchaser only, for a period of one (1) year from original date of purchase.

Conditions ~

This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, neglect, misuse, tampering, accident or normal wear and tear.

Defects caused by acid bleeds or failure of the finish to adhere to the instrument surface are covered during the warranty period.

Kanstul Musical Instruments will be the sole judge as to cause of damage or defects and be responsible for repair. The repair of an instrument shall constitute in full all claims of the buyer for damages and shall operate as a release of all claims for damages of the buyer against Callet Trumpets and Kanstul Musical Instruments arising out of the warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Cosmetic Finish ~

SIMA trumpets are finished in silver plate or gold lacquer. Finishes are guaranteed to be applied properly using time tested protective materials and techniques. Discoloration or peeling caused by damage, perspiration, corrosive atmosphere or other external sources are not covered under this warranty. Incidental cosmetic issues including minor irregularities in or under the finish and  slight lines or small variations in color or texture are considered normal for a handmade product of this type and not covered by this warranty.

All issues of visible damage should be accompanied by pictures of the issue. Generally, a cosmetic issue that cannot be picked up by a camera is considered incidental and not covered by warranty.

All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number provided by Callet Trumpets and clearly marked on the outside of the package. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted. A full explanation of the defect should be included with your return.  Copies of the relevant emails are suggested and usually sufficient.

Authorized repairs will be expedited by Callet Trumpets and must be made by Kanstul Musical Instruments. Shipping and insurance charges for instruments requiring warranty services are to be paid by the owner.
